Tips

FOR THE SHOP:

  • Pay attention to the store hours posted throughout the website.
  • Read Signage posted on the inside and outside of the store.
  • We offer layaway up to 30 days, but no more than that.
  • Do not enter the store with a concealed weapon. If you have one, remove it outside prior to entry and show us it's unloaded with the magazine removed. When we let you in, immediately hand it to an employee with the muzzle pointed in a safe direction (down).
  • There are no refunds on purchases or layaways. Make responsible purchases because we will not be held responsible for your mistakes.
  • You must have a valid Florida Driver License or ID for all transactions.
  • We do not give prices over the phone, come in and see us for any sale, purchase, or pawn pricing.

For Firearms:

  • When you purchase a firearm, you will maximize its value retention if you keep everything original and hang onto the box and paperwork.
  • Blue means new: Firearms on display with a blue line on the tag are brand new and when there is a tag with no line then it is used.
  • All gun transactions stop at 5pm during the week and 3pm on Saturdays.
  • We offer firearm cleaning, however, the owner must pickup the firearm before the day is over. It is a good idea to drop the firearm off earlier in the day to allow enough time for cleaning.
  • Know the make, model, and caliber of your firearm when looking for ammo and accessories.
  • When having a firearm transferred, without a Florida concealed carry permit, come in and fill out the background check paperwork to start the cool-off period.  This should save you time when picking up the firearm upon delivery.
  • Keep track of you orders. All transfers left in the store for more than 7 days will be charged a storage fee of $25 per week.
  • Keep your Florida Driver License up to date with your current address.  If it isn't, you must provide proof of address using ONLY these items: Florida ID Card, Voter's Card, Florida Vehicle Registration, or any government issued ID.

For Pawns:

  • Have an idea of how much you need to borrow before you come in, it makes the process go a lot
    faster.
  • All electronics must be of the same year and be a reputable brand; we do not take in older
    electronics.
  • We do not accept partial payments for pawns. Your two options are to pick it up after you pay in full or to rollover/extend the pawn by making an interest payment.
  • All pawn payments must be made with cash; You borrowed cash, therefore you pay cash.
  • Do not throw the yellow pawn receipt away, any questions you may have regarding your pawn can usually be answered through the information on that page. The transaction number on the top right corner of that paper is also required if you call and want someone to look you up on the computer. If you do not have that transaction number you will have to come in with your ID so we can look it up. Hang on to the yellow pawn receipt if you need to call us in regards to your pawn.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide their current number.  If your number changes make sure you let us know, because in some cases a phone call can be the difference in whether or not you keep your pawned item.
